Ice Palace is inspired by the icy refuge also known as the Fortress of Solitude where Superman learned of his origins. It is a super shifty, flakie polish that is loaded with shifting iridescent flakes and pigment. It has a base color of violet blue, shifting all the way from a rose, to violet, blue, green and gold, orange and red at extreme angles. It is semi-sheer and can be used on its own with your choice of coats to reach desired opacity or as a topper over any color you love, especially dark colors which make this polish POP!
Recommended Coats: 2-3 thin coats
Apply over a base coat and follow up with your favorite top coat.
