Why So Serious? is inspired by the Joker's colorful suit. It is a super shifty, metallic flakie polish that is loaded with shifting flakes and pigment. It has a base color of vibrant teal, shifting all the way from green, to teal, blue, violet and rose at extreme angles. It is opaque in 2 to 3 thin coats.
Recommended Coats: 2-3 thin coats
Apply over a base coat and follow up with your favorite top coat.
