Precog Betsy is inspired by the fiery cape worn by the X-Men superhero Elizabeth, Betsy, Braddock who had powers of precognition and telepathy. It is a super shifty, iridescent flakie polish that is loaded with shifting flakes and pigment. It has a base color of red, shifting all the way from a golden yellow to orange, red, rose and purple at extreme angles. It is semi-sheer and can be used on its own with your choice of coats to reach desired opacity or as a topper over any color you love, especially dark colors which make this polish POP!
Recommended Coats: 2-3 thin coats
Apply over a base coat and follow up with your favorite top coat.
